I need some help?

k, i have a serious videogame addiction. and i need to stop, before this becomes even more of a problem. i keep on thinking i need more and more, when i have enough. if i keep doing this i will have no money later in life. i need to start saving up for a car, but i buy videogames everytime. can you please help me overcome this problem?
