Anyone recently had a baby who is covered by Blue Shield HMO?

I have Blue Shield HMO. You don't have to pay the bill. For some reason with the AFP, they send you the bill first. Just make a copy of your insurance card and fill out the attached form and send it back to the address on the form. I did that and didn't have to pay for a dime. I've been very pleased with my insurance, by the way. I haven't had to pay for anything.
