1999 Chevrolet Cavalier running on 2 cylinders during cold start?

Actually this is a common problem with most ecotecs. I had it on my 05 Redline as well. It has something to do with the idle air flow at least that's how I fixed it (adjusted up) but I also swapped in a bigger throttle body and a cai so it could just be a problem with air flow in general (possibly even the maf).
