I have a problem in my 98 Honda accord?

you are not very specific about the jerking, but a few years ago my 93 honda would misfire under load (Accelerating, or hills) and would cause a jerk. I checked everything, plugs, plug wires, igniter coil and everthing was within spec. Finally I replaced the plug wires and the misfire went away.
