I accidentally uninstalled Windows XP Help & Support?

I'm using a Compaq nx7400, & I accidentally uninstalled Windows Help & Support with Revo Uninstaller, because it said that a program called "PC Health" was installed on my system since 2004, even though I got this laptop in 06. There's no System Restore point from before I removed, so I tried the Recovery CD, & Software Setup & couldnt't re-install it, then I tried to download it from HP, but when I tried installing it, I keep getting the error message "There is no script engine for file extension .js". What should I do?
