What do I do? Eff him?

so ive basically been used. This guy left his belt at my house and hasnt talked to me for a couple days after we had . now i dont want to be a complete ***** but i dont want to be that nice either when i tell him to get his **** from my house. how do i do this? whats the excuse for him having to get his belt from my house?
