Is this workout Routine good? If bad what are the changes?

thats good man, maybe try and work on either the saturday or sunday though so you dont rest for 2 days and dont cram 4 workouts into the space of 5 days, as this is not enough time for your muscles to reapir and grow at optimum speed, if you spread the 4 workouts over 7 days your muscles will have more time to reapir and will grow faster
