I have a canker sore growing under a wisdom tooth?

how can i get this canker sore to go away it has been 2 weeks and it is still there and it hurts unbelievable bad (i'm 13 years old) i have tried medicine and nothing is working or even relieving me at all and i emailed a dentist he said that's not something he can do anything about am i screwed or what?
