The Constitution protects us from illegal search and seizure, how is so called "social justice" legal?

Simply calling it tax money and giving it to someone else is not tax money. And making it sound delightful with the words "social justice" is an insult to the hard-working American citizen's intelligence. I shall give to the charities and people of my choosing. Why should I be forced to partake in a "social program" that takes money from hard-working men and women and gives it with relative ease to those who do not desire to work. (I of course do not count people who are UNABLE to work in this category as some libs would have you believe)
