How do u clean ur xbox 360 game tray?

i had unreadable disks and now im thinking to clean the tray,see if that fix problems, plz tell how to clean it or tell me ppl who do clean t, my warrenty is already up and just tell me how to fix this problem would cost and will they even fix problem[microsoft by the way}
